I’ll take photos and then provide a list of recommendations. The seller can choose to DIY certain items and/or have Larah Angelina Design move forward with staging.

This is often a multi-step process as I begin with a walk-through of the home and initial recommendations for the sellers. Once the home is ready, Larah Angelina Design will come in with decor to stage the home before listing photos are taken. Occupied home staging can include color consultations.

Let us help make a vacant house feel like home. Our vacant staging packages include staging decor/furniture for areas most important to buyers: living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom (light decor for bathrooms). A monthly furniture rental fee will begin after 30 days.

Agents! This is a great gift for your clients. This includes an initial staging consultation. After that, we will arrange a time for me to return and stage for 2 hours just before listing photography. Staging includes minimizing, rearranging decor/furniture and adding a few accessories if decided upon in the initial consultation. This would be great for homes where the seller’s have great taste but just need the extra touch of staging before photography/showings.
